Duration:

6 days over the period of 10 weeks

 

Work methods:

Training format: four sessions, with homework completed in between. Case studies. Lecturer’s demonstrations. Individual and group training. Creative assignments. Assessments. Achievement of an actual breakthrough in a specific aspect of personal life during the ten weeks of the course. Pre-work assignments between the course sessions. Self-coaching. Practice with a learning buddy.  

 

Program contents:

1.     Life results assessment.

  • Defining the responsibility areas of your life. Life overview. Analysis of results and achievements, their causes and relations.

2.     Breakthrough psychology.

  • Defining life areas requiring a breakthrough. Drafting the breakthrough plan. Internal resources required (personality traits, skills, energy, motivation, etc.). Starting the breakthrough. Feedback, progress controls and corrections of the plan.
  • The breakthrough model. Breakthrough technology for every life area. Systemic approach to personal development. Methodology of maintaining the level achieved. Self-motivation for further personal development.

3.     Setting and achieving goals in life.

  • How to set and specify goals. Goal achievement plan and its implementation.

4.     Breakthrough thinking patterns.

  • How to use “Outcome frame” thinking. Positive thinking. Idea of different world maps.
  • What to think. Modeling thinking patterns of successful people. Beliefs that support and beliefs that obstruct a breakthrough and success.  

5.     Self management techniques.

  • Dealing with internal conflicts. Positive internal dialogue. Skills of psychological problem solving. Fast phobia cure. New behavior generator.

6.     Personal energy.

  • Techniques to raise energy. Economy of personal energy. “Energy thieves”. Anchoring positive states.  Physical exercises. Acquired energy focusing in the right direction.

7.     Personality traits.

  • Self and second-party personality traits assessment. Personality “improvement”. Creating and developing necessary personality traits.

8.     Personal mission and vision.

  • Personal mission – basis for a breakthrough. Discovering the mission. Formulating the mission.  Living the mission. Creation of life vision.

9.     Balancing of life.

  • Various areas of life and balance among them. Practical implementation of the balancing plan. Harmony in life. Personal ecology. Living in harmony with one’s mission and values.

10.   Communication skills required for success.

  • Rapport and development of relationships with people. Ability to listen, hear and understand people. Ability to clearly formulate one’s thoughts and communicate them so others understand them. Ability to give negative feedback while preserving the relationship.
