Learner’s Experience
The course uses the participants’ real life situations and projects to practice and apply the STS skills. At the beginning, participants are asked to record privately their top ten problems and challenges in the workplace and at home. Participants solve their real life issues with the help of the STS tools they are learning, while improving their skills. Eighty percent of the training is spent on exercises and practice.
